-slept in (until 6:30) and still woke up before my alarm (love it when that happens)
-leisurely morning, including my favorite breakfast (cereal)
-a fancy cup of coffee (new creamer!) and time to read and think and write
-last first day of work! (last rotation) didn't have to be in until 9, pretty uneventful, and very easy (lots of listening today)
-got off early (2pm)
-odds and ends at home, subconsiously planning how i'm going to decorate my room when i move in a month (sketches included)
-a couple of phone conversations
-a quick run around the neighborhood as the rice was cooking on the stovetop (pro-multitasking)
-cooked a massive (seriously) pot of black beans, veggies, and rice- yummo.
-susie cleaned the kitchen!
-susie brought the neighbor's vacuum cleaner over so i could fully finally clean my room. (our vacuum is broken. it says something about how much the floor was bugging me that this might have made my night!)
-ice cream at husky deli with my friend emily stewart, all the way from texas!
-time to read by lamplight before bed!
and tomorrow, anticipating a lovely early morning coffee date with dana :)

flashback: yesterday susie and i had loaded salads (lettuce, broccoli, cucumber, red bell, red onion, tomato, avocado, walnuts, parmesan) out on the deck and soaked up some sunshine!
pooshka decided to give me a little kiss right at the last second.
